反馈问题时，可以在 App 里打开 设置 › 发送日志，把日志一起发来，方便我们查原因。日志里只有处理步骤和用时，没有视频内容。

When reporting a problem, you can attach the log from Settings › Send Log in the app. It only lists the processing steps and timings — no video content.

常见问题

需要什么样的视频？

同一支舞、同一首歌的几段视频，拍到音乐就行。开拍早晚不同、长短不同都没关系，也可以只拍了其中一段。

视频没有声音怎么办？

按音乐对齐需要视频里有音乐声。如果原视频静音了，请用带声音的版本。

现场有人说话、数拍子？

在"原曲"里加入这首歌的音乐文件（mp3、m4a 等），舞接龙会自动对齐，用原曲代替现场声音。

换背景为什么人周围还有一圈原来的画面？

默认的"框出人（快）"会保留人所在的那一块并柔和地融进背景，速度很快。想要更彻底，可以在背景页选"精细抠人（慢）"。

免费版能做什么？Pro 有什么？

所有功能都能用、能预览，前 3 次保存或分享免费。之后保存和分享需要 Pro（月度、年度或终身）。Pro 还可以关掉片尾的名字落款。

怎么恢复购买 / 取消订阅？

恢复购买：App 里 设置 › 恢复购买。取消订阅：iPhone 设置 › 你的名字 › 订阅。退款请通过 Apple（reportaproblem.apple.com）申请。

What videos do I need?

Several videos of the same dance to the same song, with the music audible. They can start at different times and have different lengths; a video can cover just part of the song.

My video has no sound.

Lining up by the music needs the music in the recording. Please use a version with sound.

People are talking or counting in the room.

Add the song's audio file (mp3, m4a…) under "Original Song". It's lined up automatically and replaces the room sound.

Why is some of the original room visible around the dancers with a new background?

The default "Frame (fast)" keeps the area around the dancers and blends it softly into the background. For a full cut-out choose "Cut out (slow)" on the background page.

What's free, what's Pro?

Everything can be used and previewed for free, and your first 3 saves or shares are free. After that, saving and sharing need Pro (monthly, yearly or lifetime). Pro can also turn off the name at the end of the film.

Restore purchases / cancel a subscription

Restore: Settings › Restore Purchases in the app. Cancel: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
